Dan's epiphany: owning the adoption
Black boxes trade transparency for precision
Why some data cultures backslide
We assume people get it (when they don't)
I enjoyed learning more about Dan's philosophies around the analytics delivery process and appreciate his focus on follow through. His ideas encourage taking things to the next level, stressing the importance of adoption of ideas as a way of validating their success. I also very much enjoyed hearing his wealth of anecdotes around how he's formulated these opinions—the story about the school bus schedule being my favorite. I think anyone working with analytics could benefit from understanding Dan's outlook.

Ann Jackson, analytics evangelist
I enjoyed hearing Ann share her rich experiences and lessons on everything from the challenges of cultural change management, to strategies for avoiding analysis paralysis, to fighting imposter syndrome in data work. Concepts like data-driven culture can seem nebulous, so it's important to have leaders like her who can provide concrete advice.
